friendly counter staff. blonde woman with an accent was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome. a warm sincere welcome. the BREAKfast was the best I’ve seen so far at a hotel in Lansing, and I’ve stayed at several. VERY clean. good fresh and large variety. the woman working in the breakfast area greeted me helped me and was happy to offer help and give receive ideas with the waffle maker. Mixed Heath bar crumbles into the waffle mix and made waffle. it was excellent. the room was very clean. bed spread comfortable and and mattress comfy. walking distance from Applebees meijer and Kroger will definitely stay here again!

We had a difficult road trip up to my alma mater, MSU. But even though we got in at 2 in the morning, Patricia who was on duty was so gracious and welcoming! She noticed I was on crutches, and before we could even ask, she upgraded us to an accessible room, which also was perfect for having 3 kids, including a 1 year old. The breakfast had tons of options (chocolate waffles!) The pool was warm and had pool noodles for the kids. With a serious leg injury, sleeping could have been difficult, but I fell asleep quickly and comfortably in the bed. And even the housekeeping staff was friendly and engaging with my kids. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Cleanliness of our room and hotel, Beds, Breakfast, staff, especially the black gentlemen managing the breakfast area. He was an exceptional staff member who we witness go the extra mile multiple times while we sat and ate breakfast. He especially made us feel welcomed and cared for.

The breakfast attendant, Sunday morning, was very helpful to everyone, kind and interactive with all the guests. As far as the staff I encountered, she shined out!

the breakfast was excellent,the addition of donuts would be great-when your out of town it's nice to splurge on calories. Our room was clean and nice.

Breakfast was good. Staff were helpful, responsive and professionally interested in guest comfort. The blackout curtains were easy to maneuver.

We love staying at Hampton Inns when we travel- the customer service, accommodations, & breakfast are always very nice! Our room was very spacious, & the bathroom had an updated glass shower. The energy efficient light system in the room is a great idea!

Very nice hotel! Wonderful staff! Very clean and comfortable room. The rest of the hotel was clean and well maintained also. The breakfast was very good. The woman hosting breakfast was great!
